If the request is approved, the action will be carried out within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date the User is informed of the response.

The aforementioned deadlines may be extended once for an additional equal period if justified by the circumstances.

VII. Data retention

The Responsible Entity, through its affiliates, subsidiaries, or third parties contracted for this purpose, may store Users’ personal data in databases located in Mexico or abroad without limitation, in accordance with the timeframes stipulated by applicable law.

The personal data provided by Users will be retained unless the User exercises their right to Cancellation.

VIII. Transfer of personal data

By accepting this Privacy Notice, the User expressly consents to the national and international transfer of their personal data (outside of Mexico) in accordance with this notice, including to:

  • The Responsible Entity’s parent or controlling company;
  • Subsidiaries or affiliates under the control of the Responsible Entity;
  • Any company under the control of the Responsible Entity’s parent or controlling company; and
  • Any company within the same corporate group that follows the same internal processes and policies.
